The Psalms can be sung, spoken or read - but they were written to be prayed. Until we pray them from the heart we miss their purpose. This is the second volume of our Teaching books on the Psalms. In it Christopher builds on the argument and principles he laid out in volume one, and now gives short expositions of each Psalm in turn with clear help in what it means for us to pray them in Christ. This approach will be novel to some, but Christopher's careful exegesis and grasp of Biblical Theology opens up these Psalms in ways that will strengthen our preaching and teaching, as well as bolstering our prayers.--Back cover.
