It was the day before the great feast of All Saints in the city of Wittenberg. Through the excited crowds, Martin Luther bodly made his way to the great wooden door of the church. Attracted by the hammer blows, a crowd gathered to read a paper he had nailed to the door. Luther's famous ""95 Theses"" marked the beginning of a battle for the truth of God which flamed into a great reformation.--Back cover.
