Hassanain Hirji-Walji was a devout Muslim who was living in Uganda when Idi Amin Dada came to power. Hass' ancestors had come from India, and in 1972 Idi Amin gave all Asians only a few weeks to flee Uganda. Hass' family escaped to America, where Hass found salvation in Christ. Despite being rejected by his family, beaten, and threatened at knife point, he refused to deny his Saviour and Lord.
